ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING:

We are normally pretty quick, however please allow 3 days to process your order.

Expect an email within a day to let you know your order is on the way!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Orders are shipped within 3 days and we use Australia Post Service. Australia Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.

Enjoy a flat rate shipping fee of $10 for all orders under $100 AUD shipping to anywhere in Australia.

Orders over $100 unlock Free Standard Shipping across Australia with Australia Post. Woohoo!

We can do Express Shipping for a spicey fee of $15.

Due to the size of our amazing kits, we do not ship outside of Australia just yet.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:

We are so sure that you will love our products but if you don't, no hassles, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note, for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Remember you'll need proof of purchase.

Sometimes our beautiful hand block screen printed fabric from Bali may have a slight blur or error. This is part of the handmade charm, but if you don't like it, feel free to email us with a quick pic and we will happily send you a new wrap at no charge.

SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS:

We will deliver all orders to your school within 45 days of the end of the fundraiser. We will be in touch with the school to advise of the delivery date.

School fundraising orders will not be shipped to individual homes.
