We want you to love your Wrap Happy goodies, but if something’s not quite right, we'll help you fix it!
For Returns

You’ve got 60 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items need to be unused, in their original packaging (tags included), and in the same condition you received them. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase!
To get started, just email us at info@wraphappy.co, and we’ll guide you through the process. Please note: items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.
Damages or Issues?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know ASAP so we can make it right for you.
What Can’t Be Returned?
We aren’t able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Made Easy
Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for what you’d like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies might take a little extra time to process it on their end.
