Online Order Processing
We’re on it! 24 hour dispatch is available to you weekdays. For weekend orders, we will send it out the door first thing Monday. You’ll hear from us within a day with an email letting you know your goodies are on their way! 🚚✨

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We ship all orders via Australia Post Express Service, which typically takes 2–7 days to arrive. Here’s the deal:

• Flat rate shipping of $15 applies to Standard Shipping.

• Spend over $150 AUD, and you’ll score Free Standard Shipping anywhere in Australia! 🎉
  

• Express Shipping is dependent on quantity of items. As a rule of thumb 1 kit is $20.

We are gearing up to start international shipping soon, watch this space. 

School Fundraiser Shipping
For school fundraisers, we’ll deliver all orders directly to your school within 45 days of the fundraiser’s end. We’ll coordinate with the school to confirm the delivery date.
Heads up: School fundraiser orders won’t be shipped to individual homes.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to LOVE your Wrap Happy goodies! If something’s not right, we’ve got a 60-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging (tags included), and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Oh, and because our fabrics are hand screen-printed, there may be the occasional blur or little imperfection in the print—don’t worry, it’s part of the charm! If you spot something that’s not quite right, send us a quick pic at info@wraphappy.co, and we’ll happily send you a replacement wrap on us. 💌
